Antonina Shevchenko is Antonina Shevchenko, a Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai fighter from Peru, and mixed martial arts artist fighting for UFC. UFC in the Flyweight Division is currently in Kyrgyzstani. Antonina Schevchenko started the professional phase of her MMA profession in the year 2002, with an impressive win against Anara Baanova at the KFK Championships of Kyrgystan. She was victorious with a TKO in the second round, and then won her two subsequent bouts, both at WXF X-Impact World Championships of 2003. It gave her an MMA record of 3-0. Shevchenko stopped fighting to focus on kickboxing. Shevchenko returned against Anissahaddaoui in Phoenix FC 3. Shevchenko had the chance to beat Anissa by a majority vote and defeated Valerie Domergue on Phoenix FC 4 in 2017. She left the promotion in 2018 and joined Dana White's Contender Series in 2018. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used her superior striking skills in order to TKO Nievera in the clinch with knees and body. Antonina accepted a UFC deal following her win. Antonina was given a UFC contract following her victory. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modeafferi in an unanimous decision. However, she then lost her subsequent fight due to a split verdict. Antonina rebounded from the defeat, and won Lucie Prudilova at UFC on ESPN Covingtonvs. Lawler who was able to win the fight by back naked choke submission. This was by far the most exciting fight of the night for the fight. Shevchenko has a record of 1-2 in her three subsequent matches, winning against Ariane Lipski, while falling to Katlyn Clarkagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina has recently been knocked out by Casey O'Neill in UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
